The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine mechanised field upkeep requirement, check field upkeep machinery and equipment condition, perform field upkeep activities and perform field upkeep machinery cleaning. The outcomes of this CU are the productivity of field upkeep operation in oil palm plantation increased as per organisation productivity targets. |
