| Penerangan CU | Mechanised Harvesting and Collection describes competencies that required in oil palm harvesting activities using mechanisation methods. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine mechanised harvesting requirement, check harvesting machinery and equipment condition, perform harvesting activity, perform in-filed Fresh Fruit Bunch (FBB) evacuation, perform in-field loose fruit evacuation and perform harvesting machinery and equipment cleaning. The outcomes of this CU are the productivity in the oil palm harvesting process increased as per organizational productivity targets. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency unit are trainees enable to carry out the operation of oil palm harvesting and collection by using mechanisation method which targeting to increase harvesting and collection productivity. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Determine mechanised harvesting requirement. 2. Check harvesting machinery and equipment condition. 3. Perform harvesting activity. 4. Perform in-field Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) evacuation. 5. Perform in-field loose fruit evacuation. 6. Perform harvesting machinery and equipment cleaning. |
