Penerangan CUAquatic Workforce Development competency unit is to develop the human capacity in order to optimise the available workforce.
The outcome of this competency unit is to optimize the current workforce competencies as to ensure they are capable of carrying out the task given in accordance with company policies and labour law requirements.

The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse workforce requirement, organise workforce recruitment, organize personal professional development, organise workforce appraisal activities, administer documentation and reporting system and prepare workforce development activities report in accordance with company policies and labour law requirements.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to develop the right skills of workforce to the right task in the operation in order to serve the organization based on services requirements and allocated operational budget.
