| Penerangan CU | Rubber Plantation Supervisory Function describes the activities between subordinates and upper management level. The mandore/ supervisor shall oversee and coordinate the workers to maintain an effective work environment in accordance with rubber plantation objectives and targets. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct muster activity, monitor workers safety and health requirements, address workers emergency/ incidents situation, monitor rules and regulation compliances and set workers key performance index (KPI). The outcome of this CU is the establishment of a conducive work environment, a disciplined and knowledgeable workforce with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with rubber plantation objectives and targets. |
