| Penerangan CU | Rubber Plantation Field Maintenance Supervision describes the supporting activities in order to maintain a clean and healthy plantation condition. This supporting activity is also vital to ensure the rubber tree will be able to produce a larger yield output to the rubber plantation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to supervise weed elimination works, monitor fertilizing works, supervise pest and disease control works, monitor tree pruning works and manage stock control activity. The outcome of this CU is rubber plantation is always in a good, clean and healthy condition for the rubber tree to produce maximum yield output. |
