| Penerangan CU | Rubber Plantation Operation Supervision describes the primary process and activities of a rubber plantation operation. The operations include tapping until yield collection activities. This is one of the crucial parts in any rubber plantation to ensure the sustainability of the plantation and to maximise the yield or production of the rubber tree. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to distribute tapping equipment and utensils, allocate transport for operator, supervise tapping activities, supervise latex collection activities and supervise cup lump collection activities. The outcome of this CU is the primary operations activities of a rubber plantation runs smoothly in accordance with rubber plantation objectives. |
