| Penerangan CU | Rubber Plantation Planting Works Supervision describes the activity of planting rubber tree (offshoots) in a way that will ensure a high transplanting survival rate in the newly established plantation. This is the most critical phase in the establishment of a new date plantation to make sure the high survival rate of rubber tree offshoots. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to supervise tree lining works, supervise planting hole works, check quality and quantity of planting materials, supervise establishment of cover crops and monitor tree planting works. The outcome of this CU is a systematic and structured rubber tree planting method in accordance with rubber plantation objectives. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to systematically and structured suitable rubber tree planting method in accordance with rubber plantation objectives. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Supervise tree lining works. 2. Supervise planting hole works. 3. Check quality and quantity of planting materials. 4. Supervise establishment of cover crop 5. Monitor tree planting works. |
