| Penerangan CU | Rubber Plantation Land Preparation Works Supervision describes the activity of providing the necessary soil conditions which will enhance the successful establishment of the young rubber tree offshoots or the culture plants received from the nursery. The aim is to enable the rubber plantation to plan and structure the implementation process in advance, ensuring the successful establishment of the rubber plantation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor tree falling works, monitor land clearing works, check land plough and harrow works and check hillside terrace works. The outcome of this CU is young rubber tree (offshoots) grows healthily with fertile soil in a secured and controlled environment in accordance with rubber plantation target. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency unit are trainees enable to monitor rubber plantation land preparation works in order for the young rubber tree (offshoots) grows healthily in a fertile soil and ready to produce latex and cup lump in accordance with rubber plantation target. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Monitor tree falling works. 2. Monitor land clearing works. 3. Check land plough and harrow works. 4. Check hillside terrace works. |
