| Penerangan CU | Oil Palm Mechanisation Technology Development describes process of developing a new/improved machinery or process. The mechanisation personnel will participate in the new machinery design and development activities carried out by the company. Oil Palm Mechanisation Technology Development also covers low tech with little research which involve innovation of existing machine /equipment /system / process in order to improve productivity and reduction of manual labour. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review mechanisation technology information, design innovation and development of mechanisation technology, develop mechanisation documentation, facilitate mechanisation development feasibility study and develop mechanisation technology development report. The outcomes of this CU are new/improved machinery/process for productivity performance improvement based on market demand/ customer or new technology upgrade requirements. |
