Penerangan CUOil Palm Mechanisation Manpower Management describes activities involve competency (Knowledge, Skill and Ability/Attitude), capability, availability, personel development and utilization of manpower in order to optimize operation achievement.

The person who is competent in this CU should be able to assess manpower requirements, perform staff interview session, organize mechanisation training need analysis, develop mechanisation training program, perform staff performance appraisal and manage staff competency program.

The outcomes of this CU are allocation and optimization of the right knowledge, skills and ability/attitude of manpower to the right task in the operation, competent staff will be developed and retained in the mechanization area based on company business requirements and allocated operational budget.
