| Penerangan CU | Employee and Employer Rights & Duties Awareness describes knowledge and awareness in identifying the rights and benefits as an employee and employer during job placement and during employment which include right during apprenticeship, employment contract, trade union right, protection against unfair dismissal, dispute resolution between employee, employer and trade union. The person who is competent in this unit should be able to identify employee’s pre-employment rights, identify employee’s right and benefit, identify employer right and benefit, identify employee and employer rights and benefits on trade union, identify employee unfair dismissal protection rights and identify trade dispute resolution procedure. The outcomes of this unit are the employee and employer aware and exercise their right and responsibilities during pre-employment and employment period according to related legislative requirements. |
