| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in ETO operation supervision to provide excellent service by performing his/ her duties efficiently and has knowledge of processes relevant to the area of practice of supervision to facilitate staff’s professional development to ensure work conducted in orderly manner and prompt action taken according to Industry Standards. The person who is competent in ETO sterilization operation supervision shall be able to prepare staff work schedule, carryout briefing session, handle staff welfare, conduct In-house training, Monitor staff performance and co-ordinate inventory procurement. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent ETO sterilization operation supervision services to ensure sterilizer/plant equipment maintenance satisfaction guaranteed and prompt action taken. |
