Penerangan CUMechanical Precision Equipment and Instrument Performance Appraisal describes the setting of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the department to measure the performance benchmark and the achievement of it by weekly and monthly report. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan KPI achievement requirements, analyse KPI achievement summary, propose counter measure and verify counter measure effectiveness. The outcome of this CU is staff performance target planned on yearly basis using KPI ensuring the target reached and the obstacles from achieving the KPI managed based on MS ISO 9001 and factory internal control procedure.

Objektif PembelajaranThe learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to plan staff performance target on yearly basis using KPI to ensure the target reached and the obstacles from achieving the KPI managed based on MS ISO 9001 and standard operating procedure.
