Continuous improvement, sometimes called continual improvement, is the ongoing improvement of products, services or processes through incremental and breakthrough improvements. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once. A continuous improvement culture ensures to boost up employee engagement and reduce turnover rates. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to manage process improvement, manage equipment improvement and manage updated standard selection. The outcome of this CU is the process, equipment or standard used improved continuously in upkeeping the production with the latest technology or latest international standard. |
