| Penerangan CU | Photography Personnel Development is a process of improving photography personnel potential, building human capital, facilitating employability to enhance quality of photographer and contribute to realize the dreams and aspirations of the organization. He or she is person who handle and be responsible on the photographers’ recruitment training and personnel’s appraisal in order to ensure every photographer hired are well trained and competence in various specialization of photography. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out personnel recruitment, organise personnel training, carry out personnel appraisal, and perform personnel retraining. The outcome of this competency shall be able to recruit suitable photography personnel according to their knowledge, skill and ability (KSA) as well as duty, task and responsibility (DTR). |
