| Penerangan CU | Photography Risk Assessment is the calculation of risk is based on the likelihood or probability of the harm being realized and the severity of the consequences that are low, medium and high likelihood and severity with integers and multiplying them to obtain a risk factor. The assessment of the risks should be recorded whenever there is a significant change to work practices and places. The assessment should include practical recommendations to control the risk. He or she is person who determines location risks, precautionary aspects and safety equipment. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify safety equipments, and prepare risk assessment report. The outcome of this competency is to have a safe working condition and avoid accidents for crew member by following appropriate safety regulation. |
