| Penerangan CU | Machining Process & Operation Validation describes the process of validation of data gathered throughout the design and manufacturing of a product in order to confirm that the process can reliably output a machined component or part of a determined standard. This validation activity typically revolves around 3 phases namely process design, process qualification and continued process verification.The person who is competent in this CU should be able to validate CAD data & product drawing analysis activity, validate jig & fixture designing activity, validate CAM program development activity, validate CNC machining execution activity and validate manufacturing operation administration activity.The outcome of this competency is all machining process operation are endorsed and certify to run and execute successfully in accordance with product requirement and specifications. |
