| Penerangan CU | Machining Operation Management describes the activity of managing the technological elements (machine and tool) and organisational behaviour (manpower and information flow). It usually involves in ensuring the machining operations are efficient in terms of compliance, cost control, resources, quality assurance and meeting customer requirements. Most of times, machining operation management will also look into the analysis of current production system issues and provides better solutions for overall operation improvement. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to implement machining operation policies, verify project budgeting, review operational issue management and check quality control/ quality assurance document.The outcome of this competency is machining production operation runs smoothly and efficiently in terms of compliance, cost control, resources and quality assurance in accordance with organisation’s requirements. |
