Penerangan CUPepper Harvest and Post- Harvest Operation describes the activities carried out during harvesting peppers and processes involved to produce a specific product.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out harvest activity, produce black peppers, produce white peppers, carry out peppers product grading process and carry out pepper product storage activity.

The outcome of this CU is black and white pepper produced as per quality specification and targeted production.

Objektif PembelajaranThe learning outcomes of this competency are the trainees enable to harvest matured pepper per harvesting procedure and then processed to produce pepper products which meet the quality requirements of pepper product specification.

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to:
1. Carry out harvest activity.
2. Produce black peppers.
3. Produce white peppers.
4. Carry out peppers product grading process.
5. Carry out pepper storage activity.
