| Penerangan CU | Photography Production Management is activity to plan, organize, lead, delegate and control photography production crew, shooting project, budget and cost to avoid any problem arise before, during or after photo-shoot activity. It will involve crew, equipment, props, talents and other resources that are related to photography production to ensure the photography process met the photography production requirement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan photography assignment, plan photography personnel, monitor photography production, and manage problem solving. The outcome of this competency is to provide effective photography production management and excellence photography service. |
