| Penerangan CU | Cost Control Management involves the process of influencing the factors that affect the cost baseline; monitoring cost performance; managing agreed changes in cost as and when they occur and recording changes against the cost baseline; ensuring cost does not exceed the authorized funding; identifying the causes of positive and negative variances, as well as managing cost overruns to within acceptable limits. The person who is competent in this cu shall be able to analyse cost control process, manage cost control process, monitor production budget, and produce cost control report. The person who is competent in this cu shall be able to analyse cost control requirements, perform printing cost control, monitor printing production budget and produce cost control report The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the production budget meets to current cost levels, production work-in-progress and that expenditure is consistent with the automation project’s procurement strategy.
