The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse printing production requirement, manage printing production schedule, manage production process workflow and control printing production performance. The outcome of this competency is to ensure labour costs low. Production control allows for close supervision of raw materials inventories to prevent wasted time due to shortages in accordance with production budgeting forecast and production goals. |
