A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform human resource planning, perform employee performance management, perform employee training management, perform employee discipline management, and review human resource budget.
The outcome of this competency is complete, systematic and responsible human resource management that ensure high employee capability, effectiveness, and flexibility at the most effective cost possible while promoting harmony and long term mutually benefit employee-employer relations in accordance with organizational requirement.
