| Penerangan CU | Mall Maintenance Management describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling all resources for an orderly and systematic approach of monitoring and evaluating mall maintenance and operation activities and their costs on a continual basis. The competency unit is important to ensure that the mall does not experience downtime from broken equipment, machinery, building parts and or waste money on inefficient maintenance procedures. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform mall maintenance management planning, perform mall preventive maintenance management, perform mall corrective maintenance management, perform mall predictive maintenance management , and perform mall maintenance performance management The outcome of this competency is mall business run smoothly without facilities interruptions. In achieving this the competent manager should run the planned program at the most economical way to ensure the mall receive the highest benefits of waste reduction cost. Mall is expected to record acceptable down time at the lowest maintenance cost in accordance with organization requirement. |
