| Penerangan CU | Mall Leasing Management describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling of mall leasing management functions for a long term growth and profit of mall business. This is among the key functions in mall business as it deal with one of the major source of income to the mall. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to review tenancy mix and zoning, perform mall rental budget endorsement, perform mall tenancy management, perform retail space prospecting, and perform tenant relations management. The outcome of this competency is mall received a maximum return from its tenancy program. Leasing management competency will ensure the confidence of land lord and tenant through a proper binding contract. Mall will have an opportunity to develop good long term tenancy relations. A competence leasing manager shall bring in good tenants, support them as necessary for effectiveness, maintain them and arrange for return collection timely on behalf of mall management through a systematic manner. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcome of this competency is the participant will have the capacity to enable the mall to receive a maximum return from its tenancy program within a stipulated time frame.
