Penerangan CUMall Marketing Management describes the competency in planning, organizing, leading and controlling of mall marketing functions for the achievement of organization goals. Marketing ultimately is about bringing in clients and growing profits for a long run.
A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform mall marketing plan proposal endorsement, manage mall visual merchandising program implementation, manage mall advertising program, perform mall marketing performance management, and review mall marketing management report.
The outcome of this competency is significantly high mall tenancy with a desired tenancy mix. Mall also is well known and become mall of choice within the targeted shoppers’ catchment area. The mall is all time aware of customer needs and wants changes and align its business strategy accordingly. The competence personnel will identify targeted customer, bring them closer and maintain them through a selected marketing program of the mall to retain them. An effective mall marketing manager will ensure mall receive a long term gain through his marketing program accordance with organizational requirement.

Objektif PembelajaranThe learning outcome of this competency is the participant will have the capacity to enable the mall to have high tenancy with a desired tenancy mix and become mall of choice within the targeted shoppers’ catchment area. The mall will all time aware of customer needs and wants changes and its business strategy aligned accordingly to ensure current and potential customer are closer and retained for a long term gain in accordance with organizational requirement.
