Profit preservation is any business activity specifically designed to reduce preventable losses. A preventable loss is any business cost caused by deliberate or inadvertent human actions. Competent personal shall be able to identify area of losses and shrinkages, execute preventive measures implementation and handle incidents and non-compliance situation. Efficiency in managing Loss & Prevention will develop and implement procedures for minimizing the loss of merchandise, money or company assets as much as possible. |
