| Penerangan CU | Piling Work Supervisory Functions is the competency to oversee work quality compliance and control daily operation in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure and job description. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate application of Permit To Work (PTW), supervise piling work activities, work place safety, ensure facilities and equipment functionality, carry out subordinate appraisal, conduct / attend unit meeting, perform internal communication activities and conduct in house training. The outcome of this competency is the ability to ensure efficient operation and maximise company performance in accordance with regulatory/statutory body’s requirements and Standard Operation Procedure. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to enable trainee to perform supervisory skills to support operation according to company’s requirements.
