The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify supervisory function requirement, supervise survey logistic, prepare job schedule, carry out personnel appraisal, conduct in-house training, supervise subordinate’s discipline, attend to subordinate’s welfare and coordinate with other departments The outcome of this competency is to produce schedule completed on time, subordinate administrative matters are taken care of and reports are prepared based on management requirement and timely submission. Subordinates welfare is handled accurately. |
