| Penerangan CU | The cadastral survey describes the competency in title work. Cadastral survey documents the boundaries of land ownership / title, by the production of documents, diagrams, plan etc. Cadastral surveying is a branch of the surveying profession that is concerned with land management, and more specifically with issues of land ownership, measurement and delineation of property boundaries. Cadastral surveys are usually performed for either the re-establishment of existing property boundaries or for the creation of new property boundaries in the land division process. This person is responsible to defined boundary mark and subdivision of each title under Malaysian National Land Code. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify cadastral survey requirement, prepare cadastral survey tools and equipment, carry out control traversing, calculate linear misclose, adjust true coordinate and horizontal datum, setting new boundary mark and produce cadastral survey activity report to related department The outcome of this competency is to ensure him or her competence to carry out cadastral survey works based on cadastral survey regulations. |
