The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to analyse retail outlet operating cost, analyse retail outlet Profit & Loss statement, set retail outlet sales forecast, prepare retail outlet operation budget, develop retail outlet cost control and review retail outlet operation budget. The outcome of this competency unit is cost control is implemented in minimising cost increment or over budget for operations according to company’s policies. |
