| Penerangan CU | The lighting operation control describes the responsibility for planning, organizing the program, determining the best allocation of crew and equipment to effective planning & regulation of operation of a production / program as well as to fulfil the production requirement. The person who is competence in this lighting and electrical managerial function shall be able to propose lighting operation requirement, verify lighting and electrical operation authority clearance, propose lighting insurance coverage, evaluate lighting and electrical crew appraisal, organise lighting crew training and control lighting budget allocation The outcome of this competency is to allocate and optimize the right skills of manpower to the right task in the program, effective management, and competent staff will be developed and retained in the lighting and electrical management industry in accordance with production requirements. |
