| Penerangan CU | The air technician supervisory function is a competency to handle and manage aircraft maintenance team during maintenance activities according to ATA 20 (Standard Practise - Airframe), ATA 51 (Standard Practise Structures - General) and company standard operating procedure. The personnel who are competent in the air technician supervisory function must be able to monitor work progress, conduct section briefing with technician group, carry out staff coaching, implement safety measures, carry out inter departmental liaison, Carry out periodic inspections on tooling, equipments and facilities (such as hoists, maintenance steps, platform, tools) and Maintain good house keeping. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to handle and manage aircraft maintenance team during maintenance activities according to ATA 20 (Standard Practise -Airframe), ATA 51 (Standard Practise Structures - General) and company standard operating procedure.
