| Penerangan CU | Semiconductor finish product testing is the marking and segregation of electrical failures from a population of devices. An electrical failure is any unit that does not meet the electrical specifications defined for the device. In simplified terms, electrical testing consists of providing a series of electrical excitation to the device under test (DUT) and measuring the response of the Device Under Test. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to prepare finish product for product testing requirement, testing flow, machine setup, and carry out product testing process and inspect testing result with respect to semiconductor product requirements and procedure. The outcome of this competency is to achieve successful process semiconductor finish product testing including free form damaged, meet standard parameter against lot traveller and produced within standard time. |
