| Penerangan CU | Aircraft load control provides guidance to ramp servicemen, equipment operators and other who are handling the flights, required to travel between the passenger terminals, airfreight terminal, airmail transit center to ensure smooth running of aircraft handling operation on the ground for complying to organization standard. The person is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out aircraft weight and balance calculation, verify on board aircraft documentation, carry out load control post report and perform aircraft load control irregularities activities in accordance with aircraft loading instruction and Ground Operation Manual (GOM). The outcome of this competency to provide excellent load control to ensure guest satisfaction, prompt action taken in accordance with aircraft loading instruction, Ground Operation Manual (GOM), and policies. . |
