| Penerangan CU | Aircraft external support servicing provides services to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard ships, buses, trains, or within the station or terminal. Perform duties, such as greeting passengers, explaining the use of safety equipment, serving meals or beverages, or answering questions related to travel for complying with organization standard. The person is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out aircraft baggage pickup and delivery services, cargo/ mail pickup and delivery services, provide air craft fresh water services, air craft lavatory services, aircraft ground power unit services (GPU),air condition unit (ACU) services, air start unit (ASU) services, aircraft airside transportation, aircraft ambulift services, carry out aircraft ground movement and perform external support irregularities activities in accordance with Ground Operation Manual (GOM), airport handling manual (AHM).and airside operation procedure. The outcome of this competency to provide excellent aircraft transportation & servicing to ensure guest satisfaction, prompt action taken in accordance with Ground Operation Manual (GOM), airport handling manual (AHM), airside operation procedure and policies. . |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform Aircraft external support servicing effectively and efficiency based on client goal according to ground operation procedure and terminal operation procedure . Upon this competency unit, trainees will be able to: · Carry out aircraft baggage pickup and delivery services · Carry out aircraft cargo/ mail pickup and delivery services · Provide air craft fresh water services · Provide aircraft lavatory services. · Provide aircraft ground power unit services (GPU). · Provide aircraft air condition unit (ACU) services · Provide air start unit (ASU) · Provide aircraft airside transportation · Provide aircraft ambulift services · Carry out aircraft ground movement · Perform external support irregularities activities |
