It also can make the difference in an airport's ability to attract or keep a major airline hub which an airport that serves as a central connecting point through which many flights of a particular airline are routed for complying to organization standard. The person is competent in this CU shall be able to handle departure baggage, arrival baggage, transfer baggage, carry out the Out of Gauge baggage, mishandle baggage, handle damage baggage and perform baggage handling irregularities activities in accordance with Ground Operation Manual (GOM), baggage handling and terminal operation procedure. . The outcome of this competency to provide excellent baggage handling services to ensure guest satisfaction, prompt action taken in accordance with Ground Operation Manual (GOM), baggage handling and terminal operation procedure and policies. |
