| Penerangan CU | Ship Planning Operation is a process of planning and execution of ship discharging and loading of cargo operations The person who is competent in Yard Planning Operation shall be able to identify data on cargo type, requirement and movement from from Terminal Operating System, TOS, prepare ship planning operation through TOS, execute cargo movement plan through TOS, assess cargo movement plan through TOS, submit cargo plan and obtain approval from ship officer, activate ship discharging and loading operations and report on discharging and loading cargo movement activity The outcome of this competency is to enable the person trained to prepare a plan on ship’s discharging and loading of cargo operations be carried out based cargo movement plan and the shipping agent instruction efficiently. |
