| Penerangan CU | Cargo Documentation process involves obtaining cargo data to prepare cargo movement plan for yard and ship operation planning The person who is competent in cargo flow and documentation process shall be able to identify documentation data from shipping agent via email (excel/text) or EDI, process documentation data into TOS, check and verify cargo movement, obtain shipping agent confirmation on cargo movement, cargo readiness notification to shipping agent (SA), upload documentation data to yard and ship planning operation The outcome of this competency unit is to enable the person to use the TOS efficiently to obtain on-line data in executing port operation planning according to the standard operating procedures. |
