The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare hoof preparation and trimming tools and equipment, clean horse hoof and trim sole, frog and horse hoof according to safety rules and regulation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the hooves are well balanced and to ensure the natural gait of the horse maintained. |
