| Penerangan CU | Batik production monitoring and controlling describes requirements in handling and monitoring production activities as per requirements to achieve capacity of batik production output. The person who is competent in work organising shall be able to identify work activities information and requirements, prepare work schedule, arrange unit manpower, execute subordinate briefing, conduct batik production inventory, monitor batik production and distribution activities in accordance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the objectives of work are delivered effectively, increase work productivity and quality in accordance with company requirements. |
