| Penerangan CU | Extrusion is one of the processes used by rubber factories to process rubber raw materials known as Finish Master Batch and Master Batch. The process is done by the machines that involve heating, mixing and vulcanising. Screw extruders are generally used for extrusion of rubber. Wastewater and treatment chemical are generated throughout the process. Disposal of these waste is done in accordance with company waste management policy and regulatory body requirement to avoid contamination that might harm the environment The person who is competent in extrusion based production shall be able to interpret extrusion based production job order, prepare extrusion based production materials and parts, carry out extrusion process and produce extrusion based production report in accordance with company SOP The outcome of this competency is to produce a wide range of rubber products using extrusion technique in accordance with job order specification for extrusion based products. |
