| Penerangan CU | Injection moulding is one of the processes used by rubber factories to process rubber raw materials known as Finish Master Batch and Master Batch. The process is done by the machines that involve heating, mixing and vulcanisation. Throughout the process wastewater and treatment chemical are generated. Disposal of these waste is done in accordance with company waste management policy and regulatory body requirement to avoid contamination that might harm the environment. The person who is competent in injection moulded production shall be able to interpret injection moulding production job order, prepare injection moulding production materials and parts, carry out rubber injection moulding and produce injection moulding production report in accordance with company SOP. In addition, the competent person should comply occupational safety and health regulation in accordance with regulatory requirement and company housekeeping practice when performing injection moulding activities, The outcome of this competency is to produce a wide range of rubber products in accordance with job order specification of injection moulding product |
