The process generally involves mixing, milling and compounding of the solid dry rubber with various chemicals. Wastewater and treatment chemical are generated throughout the process. Disposal of these waste is done in accordance with company waste management policy and regulatory body requirement to avoid contamination that might harm the environment The person who is competent in Compounded rubber production shall be able to interpret compounded rubber production job order, prepare compounding formulation materials, carry out rubber compounding mixing, execute milling process, perform Master Batch stabilization and prepare compounded rubber production reports in accordance with company SOP The outcome of this competency is to produce Finish Master Batch (FMB) or Master Batch, the raw materials to produce a wide range of rubber products |
