| Penerangan CU | Automotive finishing supervisory function is to administer and supervise the whole work process in shop floor. The person whom is competent in automotive finishing supervisory function must be able to prepare work schedule, conduct briefing session, prepare sectional operation budget information, monitor staff performance, coordinate staff training, monitor shop floor safety measures compliance, monitor 5S management compliance, monitor quality management compliance and validate production start-up. The outcome of this competency is to inculcate supervisory skills so that shop floor is administered professionally in accordance with company’s requirements. |
