| Penerangan CU | Engine room component installation is a scope of competency to assemble and install engine room components in accordance with vehicle manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person whom is competent in engine room component installation must be able to install radiator assembly and condenser assembly, install brake booster and ABS hydraulic unit, install washer tank, air cleaner, horn assembly and canister, install battery, install power steering reservoir tank, execute fluid filling process and execute air conditioning gas filling process in accordance with installation specification. The outcome of this competency is to properly assemble the components to ensure the installation quality of engine room component is in accordance with self check awareness, manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assemble and install engine room components in accordance with vehicle manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Install front and conditioner harness • Install radiator component • Install air conditioner component • Install brake booster and ABS hydraulic unit • Install washer tank, air cleaner, horn assembly and canister • Install battery • Install power steering reservoir tank • Execute fluid filling process • Execute air conditioning gas filling process |
