| Penerangan CU | Door sub-assembly installation is a scope of competency to assemble and install door components in accordance with vehicle manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person whom is competent in door sub-assembly installation must be able to install door harness, install door outer handle, install run channel, install door latch, install door glass regulator assembly, install door glass and stationary glass, install side mirror, install door checker, install door water proof film, install door speaker, install door trim assembly, install door weather strip and install belt line moulding in accordance with installation specification. The outcome of this competency is to properly assemble the components to ensure the installation quality of door components is in accordance with self check awareness, manufacturing specification and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
