Penerangan CUCustomer/client Care Support competency unit is an activity to assist qualified personnel in handling customer/clients and attend their needs as per instructions and services requirements. The objective of this competency is to provide excellence assistance in healthcare support services. This is to sustain good affinity, fulfil customer/client needs/ requirements ethically and ensure the customer/client gratifies with facilities and services throughout their stay/treatments in accordance with customer/client service charter and company policy.
The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify customer/client care support requirements, prepare customer/client for admission, carry out customer/client room preparation, and perform customer/client care assistance and record customer/client care assistance activities.
