| Penerangan CU | Process Start-Up and Shut-Down preparation is one of the many activities in the offshore location Process shutdown is usually cause by the malfunction of critical process component of process equipment Fire and gas leak detection can cause process shutdown. NO preparation is required at the above shutdown. Planned Process shutdown (Preparation is required) This activity is for major modification work that cannot be carried out while the process is on line After all the above is completed preparation is made for the Process Start Up. The person who is competent is this CU should be able to identify system start-up or shutdown requirements, perform preparation for process system start-up and perform preparation for process system shut-down. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all interdependent systems are available and brings onto line systems or equipment The personnel who will be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- - Personnel, Equipments & Workplaces Safety, Health & Environment Assurances |
