| Penerangan CU | Process system start from the crude oil flowing through the wellhead and ending in the export line. During the process the crude oil passes through various types of equipment. This equipment separated the crude oil from water, gas, sand and other impurities. Process system consists of oil, natural gas as the main component and processes such as oil treatment and gas treatment with fiscal metering, gas conditioning, heat transfer, skidded units and engineering tools to provide process support. The person who is competent is this CU should be able to process system operating mode routine check & schedule maintenance requirements, check process system parameters, perform well preventive maintenance, perform stock check and perform process product sampling, The outcome of this competency is to gather data/records from the process/equipment and identifying actions required to maximise production by ensuring the safe and effective operation of the plant and equipment. The personnel who will be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- - Personnel, Equipments & Workplaces Safety, Health & Environment Assurances |
